Shipping Policy

YOUE ORDER

Under normal conditions, all orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 2-5 business days. During periods of high volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

    You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 1–2 days to begin tracking your package. You could also contact us via email for help.

    We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs. The delivery stage during checkout will show our current delivery options for your selected product and shipping location.

    Expedited Shipping Within 5-10 business days $25 USD


    While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, international shipping can sometimes face delays for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to customs clearance processes in the destination country. We thank you for your patience and understanding in these rare situations.

     

    DUTIES & TAXES

    Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for each country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions on calculating import costs, if any.

     

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and your order number. After your order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after 1-2 business days, please contact us through email for further assistance.

     

    WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times so there is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order. If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at info@petitespaws.com. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled.

     

    DELIVERED, BUT NOT DELIVERED

    All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
