Note: If we do not reply to our presentation e-mail within 3 days (72 hours), it will be sent directly to the printing press, assuming you have approved your design. For this reason, please do not forget to check your Spam folder for the e-mail from us.

Our artists will create your custom portrait within 7-10 business days. After your approval of the portrait and product mockup, we'll ship your order within 14 business days.

Once you've received and are delighting in your new custom product, simply get in touch with us! We'll happily prepare and send over your digital file within two business days.

Shipping Fee:

Orders over $25 USD are eligible for free worldwide shipping, while orders under $25 USD will incur a standard shipping fee of $10 USD.

Shipping Time:

Refund Policy:

Please know that due to the custom nature of our pet prints products, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds on pet prints. However, if your custom pet print items arrive broken or defective, we’ll work with you to remedy the situation quickly, by sending you a brand-new product free of charge that will be sure to put a smile on your face.
